Unlike other wellness and mental health services, coaching is a future-focused form of support which helps you reach goals, build self-awareness, and create the life you love with easy, everyday tools and skills you can apply in all areas of your life, or a specific area of focus.

 

No matter which of my programs speaks to you, my 1:1 Coaching includes:

  • Weekly (or bi-weekly, or monthly, we decide together!) 50-minute, 1-on-1 sessions

  • Personalized, curated content shared with you based on your individual goals and program

  • Unlimited guidance and support via email

  • Helpful and holistic tools, tips, and tricks for navigating your unique obstacles, so you can get unstuck and get inspired!

  • If you work with me on a continual and contractual basis, I bill on a sliding scale, which means you pay per-session within a range that works for your budget.
