Finding Purpose on prince edward island

retreat details

I am sure you’ve got questions…let me help!

  • Retreats are an opportunity to take time for yourself. At their core, they are about unplugging, reconnecting, and resetting. They give you the time and space to listen to your own intuition and heal. Everyone comes to a retreat with different objectives, but the collective goal is to feel refreshed and clearer when you leave.

  • Most retreats follow a similar arc, and this one will involve the following: There is an opening ceremony of some sort, one or more full days of intentionally crafted sessions and activities designed to fit the theme or goals, and a closing ceremony which will prepare you for integrating back into “the real world.” Those who attend will receive a full itinerary!

  • Many of us have a hard time investing in ourselves. We think we aren’t worth indulgences, so we write off opportunities like retreats. I believe you deserve access to experiences like this, and I’ve done everything I can to combine fair prices for the amazing facilitators sharing their gifts with access for you. My take-home pay per-person is less than $250. I am not doing this to get rich. I am doing it because I love and believe in it.

Those who book before the end of February will have access to the following options:

Participant Investment: $1,130 if paid in full, 2 payments of $590, or 3 payments of $410

VIP Investment: $1,250 if paid in full, 2 payments of $650, or 3 payments of $450

  • There are certainly worldly considerations you need to take into account when traveling to an island (for many, outside their home country). Those who book a spot will get a full welcome letter with important things to do leading up to the trip.

There are also ways you can prepare your mind, body, and spirit for a retreat, like practicing mindful eating/drinking, easing into daily practices you want to institute after the retreat (like meditation or journaling), getting outside more, and being intentional about who you spend time with leading up to the retreat.

Those who attend will receive more detailed recommendations and a packing list!
